System Overview

Aurora Scents Tanzania — Inventory & CRM is an integrated system designed to streamline fragrance stock management, track movements (wholesale restocks and retail sales), log operational expenses, and maintain customer profiles.

📦 Inventory Catalog

Manage your perfume products. You can add new fragrances, set cost and selling prices, define stock alert thresholds, and edit existing entries.

📜 Movements Log

Tracks all "Stock In" (restocking from suppliers) and "Stock Out" (retail sales). Every movement updates current inventory counts.

💸 Cash Flow & Expenses

Visible to Admins & CEOs. Displays net profit progress, logs daily operational expenses (Rent, Duty, Shipping, ads), and computes cumulative balance velocity.

👥 CRM (Customer Relationship)

Maintain customer contact details. Select any customer card to review order count, favorite perfume collection, and Lifetime Value (LTV).

How to Perform Common Operations

  • Record a Sale: Click the "+ Quick Action" sidebar button or go to the inventory table row and click "Out". Select a product, input quantity, optional customer, and hit submit.
  • Restock Inventory: Click "+ Quick Action" or "In" button next to a product. Input quantity and unit wholesale cost.
  • Edit annual profit target: If logged in as Admin/CEO, click the pencil icon next to the Target Amount KPI on the dashboard.
